Property Inspections and Community Standards Enforcement
One of our key focus areas is maintaining the community's appearance to ensure a harmonious living environment for current and future residents. To achieve this, SM conducts frequent property inspections to ensure all aesthetic standards are consistently met for common areas and landscaping, including compliance with CC&Rs and architectural controls. SM fairly enforces standards for residents and when issues arise uses their proprietary violation monitoring system to facilitate quick and diplomatic resolutions.
