OBJECTIVE:  My goal, if elected is to work with all residents to become a cohesive community where everyone feels a part of the neighborhood.  I feel all vendor contracts should be written to state explicitly what is wanted and expected, and monitoring is done to ensure compliance.  It is important that HOA funds are spent carefully and appropriately at all times, and in the interests of residents.

Established the social committee and chaired it for three years.  Planned several social events in our home for neighbors to meet each other.  As neighborhood grew, worked with several dedicated committee members to plan neighborhood events held at the pool, including the spring luau, July 4th celebration with fireworks, and the fall Octoberfest.

Helped establish the book club and Bunco groups for the neighborhood.

Chaired the landscape committee to meet with Brightview to discuss concerns and recommendations.  Committee was ended when HOA selected one person and a dedicated portal to be the conduit for requests.
