Notary Public Services

My name is James Griffith and I am an Owner in Montevilla and of NEFL Consulting, President of the Board of Directors, Webmaster for this website, and have been a Notary Public since 2009.  Additionally, I hold certifications as a Remote On Line Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent.  I am also a member of the American Society of Notaries.

A Notary Public is a public officer appointed and commissioned by the Governor whose function is to administer oaths (or affirmations); to take acknowledgments; attest to the trueness of photocopies of certain documents; and to perform other duties specified by Florida law.  Florida Statute 117.045 allows a Notary Public to solemnize the rites of matrimony.

My office can handle e-documents and I have a full office setup for printing and scanning documents, as required.  Prior to meeting with me

please review your documents for witness requirements. I may not have additional staff to provide witness services and you may be

requested to provide a witness to your document.
